The Foster Hope Ministry at Solana Beach Presbyterian Church was started in 2009 by SBPC members Claudia Bell, James and Martha Largent and Lori Clarke Balzano.  Working as County of San Diego social workers, both Claudia and James see the needs of foster youth every day.  Our ministry works with Promises2Kids and Just in Time for Foster Youth to help respond to the diverse needs of San Diego’s foster youth of all ages.
